One price, two people. A paying owner can invite one other person. Household, co-founder, or the friend who body-doubles with you.
Paid is additive. The timer, the journal, and your history on this device stay usable without paying. Pro is for the things you hand to someone else: timesheet export, the second seat, and the optional cloud extras that cost us money to run.

- Start a stint without an account.
- Focus mode, priorities, slices, journal, weekly intentions.
- Local history and JSON backup on this device.
- No streaks, no scores, no wall in front of starting.
What Pro is for
- Timesheet CSV by client and project, for invoicing.
- Second seat on the same plan.
- Cloud sync across devices, when you want it.
- Optional extras that leave the device: calendar connect, AI slice, AI journal summary.
The paid boundary is still being set against real use, not against a feature matrix. If a cap would make the free product feel crippled, it will not ship that way.
Checkout is not live. When it is, this page will get a pay button. Until then the only action is to use the app, or leave an email on the homepage for the launch note.
